1-Year Warranty
Every part we ship is covered by a complimentary one-year warranty against defects, issued directly by Energy Logic Systems.

Parts listed as in stock are physically verified before your order ships — no surprise backorders.

Warranty Policy
Energy Logic Systems provides a complimentary one-year warranty on the parts we source and ship, including drives, PLCs, HMIs, relays, and control modules. Because much of our inventory is refurbished or legacy hardware, we issue this warranty directly rather than passing along a manufacturer warranty.
If a part fails under normal operating conditions within the warranty period, we will repair it, replace it with an equivalent tested unit, or issue a refund — at our discretion, whichever gets your operation back up and running fastest.
Returns
Since checkout is guest-first and no payment is finalized until our team confirms your order, most order changes and cancellations can be handled quickly — just contact us referencing your order number as soon as possible.
For a defective part within the warranty period, reach out to our team with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Parts ordered correctly and received in good working condition are not eligible for return once shipped.
