Terms of Sale

Prices are shown in US dollars. The total on the checkout page is the amount your card is charged. Submitting checkout sends you to Stripe, and the card is charged then. Payment is not delayed until someone on our team confirms the order.

We reserve the parts in your order while you pay. If you cancel, or if the payment window expires without a successful charge, those parts go back on sale. A completed Stripe payment is the sale.

The checkout total does not add a separate shipping or sales-tax line. Import duty, customs, or carrier charges can still be collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery when they are not included in that total.

Many parts are surplus, legacy, or refurbished industrial equipment. Condition is shown on the product when we have recorded it. Energy Logic Systems is an independent reseller. A brand name on a product identifies the part. It does not mean the manufacturer authorized us or that a manufacturer warranty applies.

Our own warranty and the rule for returns are described on the Warranty & Returns page. That policy is part of these terms.

You are responsible for activity under your login. Guest checkout does not require an account. We may refuse or cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, and if we cancel after a charge we will refund the charge for the parts we do not ship.

You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your equipment and application before you install it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a part is limited to the price you paid us for that part. Some states do not allow certain limitations, and those laws still apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without removing rights that a US consumer protection law says cannot be waived.
