How payment works when you order from Energy Logic Systems.
Secure Card Payments via Stripe
We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses, to handle all card payments. Customers are charged in US dollars (USD). Stripe converts the payment and pays Energy Logic Systems out in UAE dirhams (AED). Energy Logic Systems never sees or stores your full card details.

No Card Data Stored
We do not save any payment information on our servers. Every card transaction is processed directly and securely through Stripe's infrastructure.
How Checkout Works
Checkout is guest-first — you don't need an account to place an order. When you submit an order, it's recorded and our procurement team confirms stock and pricing before payment is collected via Stripe, so you're never charged before your order is verified.
There is no surcharge added for paying by card. International customers with special payment requirements can contact our team directly to arrange an alternative.
